The users that the website will be targeted at are both genders, male and female. The key age demographic for users that are interested in the fantasy genre are 30-39. This has been provided by Christopher Benjamin & Susan Jacups, in a web survey that 900 people have answered. The table below shows the percentages and how many out of the 900 people have answered.

To help with picturing the type of people that would come to a fantasy festival, 6 potential personas have been made. These personas are based on real people’s answers to questions regarding their experiences with festivals, names, ages, and occupations are changed to protect privacy.

These personas will also help determine what information is needed for the website and what problems people have had with previous experiences that can be avoided. Since users make for the most important stakeholders its important to keep them satisfied and make sure they know they are listened to, which is why its of great importance to incorporate their answers into the website design.
To help visualise how the website will operate, a journey map has been created that breaks down the way the users will experience the website and app. The rectangles are what will display on the screen, the diamonds are users actions, the circle is the payment page, and the arrows indicate what actions will happen next.
