3D Animation and Lighting

These are the sketches for the sequence for the animation showcase, they are very rough but show my main idea for each to the models and how I want to showcase them into the animation as well as the times needed for each of them. All the animation was done in blender and then imported into Adobe Express to render into a mvp4 and be exported here through YouTube.

Finally these are the positions and settings for all the lights, there are two lights in the lamps in the scene and two outside to make sure that the final render is bright enough to show the whole scene and models strong enough, with a more in look settings as well and the colour is more yellow to create a more calm, happy light instead of white that might be too bright and too much for the showcase.

For the wine I used a cloth psyhics with zero gravity to wrap around the bottle as the bottle spined, this is the same material as the ribbon around the bottle to show that the ribbon is made from the same cloth and to also focus more on the bow around the bottle.

For the book, the showcase is simpler of using different rotations at different keyframes to showcase the spine, cover, back and pages in the render lighting that was chosen. This simpler showcase is more effective in keeping it simple but also showing the whole book to the viewer with all of its sides.

The bookmarks showcase is different since the bookmarks come from the top and bottom and stop in the middle to allow the viewers to look and see them without them moving, showcasing the different colours.

The final five seconds of the animation are when all of the models do a final rotation at the same time and then go down with the camera to show the whole scene and environment.
